Strapping Machines are packaging machines that use bands of flat steel or plastic tightened around a package or pallet of goods and fasten together to secure the package. Straps can bundle products together, improve containment strength and to secure a load to a shipping pallet. Semi-automatic or operator cycled machines require an operator to manually place the product on the machine table, loop a length of strap around it, and insert the strap end into a slot to initiate the machine cycle.
Semi-Automatic Shrink Wrapper does Sealing and Shrinking in two different operations using centre-folded shrink films with very low energy consumption and comes with analog controls. The film is kept open around the product-loading tray, operator then easily inserts the product and moves it along the film to sealing position and brings down the L-bar sealer to initiate the sealing and then product is transferred to the shrink tunnel by PTC (Product Transfer Conveyor) which is automatically started right after the sealing process by L-bar sealer. Then shrinking process initialtes in Shrink Tunnnel as hot air is circulated inside the tunnel for excellent shrink result all around the package
